MAY 22 CLASS UPDATES
MONDAY
- ***EXCITING NEWS *** Thursday morning coffee club is back drop in anytime from 9.30 am – 12 pm for a cuppa & a chat with our instructors & other members.
- NORDIC WALKING
- ***NEW*** weekly class on Wednesday 6 -7 pm
- Saturday taster class will run 14th May 10.30 – 11.30 am
- Monday morning TRX is back !
- Tuesday beginner Pilates course will change to a weekly beginners class– available to book like all Pilates classes & concentrating on the basic fundamental techniques of Pilates (suitable for beginners or anyone looking for a more gentle technique based class)
- AQUA – bring a friend for ***FREE*** to any aqua classes throughout the whole of May!
- Squash court classes will increase from 10 to 12 spaces (apart from dual face to face & livestream classes)
- The below classes will no longer run on the May timetable-

- 9 - TRX will run 9.30 – 10.25 am and 10.50 am Barre Tone will be in SQ6 and 6.10 pm Pilates will be in the Training Room (not at hockey)
- 16 – NO 9.50 am TRX and 10.25 am Online Pilates will start at 10.20 am and NO 10.50 am Barre Tone and 11.10 am Online Mini HOP will start at 11 am and NO 5 pm Barre Tone
- 23 – NO 10.25 am Online Pilates and NO 11.10 am Online Mini HOP
- 30 – 10.25 am Online Pilates will start at 9 am and 11.10 am Online HOP will start at 9.45 am and NO 12.30 pm Aqua Deep
- 10 – 5 pm Online Bootcamp will start at 4.50 pm and 6.45 pm Beginners Pilates & 7.40 pm Intermediate Pilates will run in the Training Room (not at hockey)
- 17 – NO 9.15 am Indoor Cycling and 10 am GroovX Gold (NO online class) & 10.50 am Stretch & Tone will run at the hockey pavilion and NO 5.30 pm Indoor Cycling and 5.45 pm Online Pilates will start at 5.30 pm and NO 6.15 pm Piyo
- 18 – 9.30 am LBT & 10.20 am Pilates & 11.10 am Cycle & Hop as Mini Hop will run at the hockey pavilion + NO 12 pm Rebounding + NO 12.40 pm Online LBT + NO 5.45 pm Indoor Cycling + 6 pm Nordic Walking will start at 6.15 pm + NO 6.35 pm LBT + NO 6.35 pm TRX + NO 6.45 pm Online GroovX Box
- 25 – 6.50 am Online Mini HOP will be P90X and 10.20 am Pilates will be Stretch & Tone and 11.10 am Cycle & HOP will be Indoor Cycling & NO 12 pm Rebounding & NO 12.40 pm Online LBT
- 5 – NO 7.25 pm Rebounding
- 19 – 9 am Pilates will run at the hockey pavilion (not SQ6) + NO Coffee Club + NO 9.45 am Indoor Cycling + 10.35 am LBT will run at 9.50 am at the Hockey Pavilion + NO 12.15 pm Pilates + NO 5.45 pm Indoor Cycling + NO 6.35 pm This Girl Can + NO 6.45 pm GroovX Sculpt + NO 7.25 pm Rebounding
- 26 – NO 5.45 pm GroovX Box and NO 7.25 pm Rebounding
- 27 – NO 12.05 pm Mini HOP and no 12.50 pm Rebounding
- 7.45 am Rebounding will only run on the 7th & 14th
- 21 – 9.05 am Mini HOP will be P90X
- 28 – 9.05 am Mini HOP will be P90X
