  • Nordic walking will run once a month on a Saturday morning 10.30 – 11.30 am during autumn & winter – for October this will be on 30th! 
  • Thursday lunchtime Pilates will now run 12 – 12.45 pm and balance will run 12.50 – 1.35 pm

  • Wednesday 6th â€“ 6 pm LBT will be P90X 
  • Sunday 10th â€“ 9.50 am GroovX Sculpt and 10.40 am GroovX Flow will run Online
